CLIENT APPOINTMENTS

 

New clients, please arrive five minutes prior to your appointment.  We also ask you to check out the Le Petit website prior to your appointment for tips, facts, and general helpful information about your appointment — particularly Brazilian waxing, new lash sets, and spray tans. 

LATENESS

Sadly we can never know when traffic will be good or bad. Here's a tip, it is always bad so just anticipate that. If you find yourself running late give us a quick call or text. Chances are if you are only 5 to 10 minutes behind we can try our best to fit you in, no promises. We usually give you a call or text at the five-minute mark to know if you are running late. Longer services may have to be shortened or rescheduled. Late cancel policy applies to this and there will be a cancellation fee if your appointment is canceled due to your own tardiness. 

RESERVATIONS

All new and recurring appointments must be reserved with a credit card on file per our cancellation policy. No appointments will be reserved without a credit card on file and a deposit paid. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. All cards are securely saved and encrypted through Square. Appointments are only taken online through our booking system. Please go under the BOOK tab to make your appointment.

PAYMENT

 

Forms of payment gladly accepted are Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, and Android Pay, Venmo, Cash App.

SEXUAL HARASSMENT

 

Sexual misconduct or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated over the phone, at our spa, and during any service. Any sexual harassment or misconduct will have you banned permanently from our spa and reported to the proper authorities!

CANCELLATIONS, APPOINTMENT MOVES, RESCHEDULES

 

We understand that things come up, but we ask that you give us at least 72 hours' notice before you cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel within or less than forty-eight hours of your appointment, you will be subject to a 50% charge of the full-service amount which will be charged to your card on file. Moving your appointment to another time (rescheduling) with less than 48-hour notice will also be charged 50% of your full-service amount. Two or more last-minute moves (reschedules) or cancellations in a row will be subject to prepayment for any future services.

NO SHOWS

If you have not rescheduled your appointment with the appropriate timing and you do not show up for your reserved appointment slot, you will be charged 100% of the service.  The charge will be billed to your credit card on file. If you are a repeat offender, you will be restricted from booking future appointments. 

REFUNDS

 

All retail products cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales on services and retail products are final and nonrefundable. If in any way there is an issue please speak with Isabela so she may address the issue. Gift Certificates expire 6 months from the date purchased. Gift certificates that are not used cannot be reimbursed for cashback.  

AGE REQUIREMENT

 

All clients 17 and under must bring a parent.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

 

We regret that we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of personal articles. It is recommended that you leave your valuables at home or in your vehicle.  

PASSES

 

Passes are to be used solely by the person who originally purchased the pass. The pass cannot be used or transferred to other services or products. Passes are nonrefundable. On the occasion that you cancel with less than 48 hours notice (2 full business days) an appointment that is reserved with a pass, you forfeit the full-service amount for that appointment within your pass. Passes must be used with the esthetician you purchased from. 

CHILDREN

No children are allowed unless they have an appointment scheduled for them by a parent. No siblings are allowed to accompany them.

SICKNESS

Please inform us of any COVID-like symptoms you may be having. We will reschedule your appointment.
