POLICY

CLIENT APPOINTMENTS

​New clients are requested to arrive five minutes early. Prior to your appointment, please visit the Le Petit Spa Boutique website for helpful information about our services, especially Brazilian waxing, new lash sets, and spray tans.

​

LATENESS

​

Traffic can be unpredictable; please plan accordingly. If you anticipate being late, notify us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals within 10 minutes of their scheduled time, but this cannot be guaranteed. Services may need to be shortened or rescheduled. Late cancellations will incur a fee.

RESERVATIONS

​

All appointments require a credit card on file in accordance with our cancellation policy. Appointments will not be reserved without a credit card and a non-refundable booking fee. Secure online bookings can be made via the BOOK tab on our website.

​

PAYMENT

 

Forms of payment gladly accepted are Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, and Android Pay, Venmo, Cash App.

WALK-INS

​

Currently, we do not accept walk-ins. All services are by appointment to ensure optimal service quality and privacy.

​

SOLICITING

 

Soliciting at Le Petit Spa Boutique is strictly prohibited.

​

SEXUAL HARASSMENT

 

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards sexual harassment. Any incidents will result in immediate permanent banishment from the spa and notification to authorities.

​

​

CANCELLATIONS, APPOINTMENT MOVES, RESCHEDULES

 

Please provide at least 72 hours notice to cancel or reschedule to avoid charges. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 50% service charge. Same-day cancellations are subject to a 75% charge. Multiple last-minute changes will require prepayment for future services.

NO SHOWS

​

Failure to reschedule timely or unattended appointments will incur a 100% service charge.

​

​

REFUNDS

 

All sales on services and retail products are final. If there is an issue, please discuss it with Isabela. Gift Certificates are valid for 6 months and are non-refundable and non-transf

AGE REQUIREMENT

 

Clients aged 17 and under must be accompanied by a parent.

​

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

 

We are not responsible for the loss or damage of personal items. Please keep valuables secure.

PASSES

 

Passes are non-transferable and must be used by the purchaser only. They are non-refundable and must be used within the specified timeframe. Misuse involving late cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the pass service value.

CHILDREN

​

Children are only permitted in the spa if they have an appointment.

​

​

SICKNESS

​

Clients exhibiting COVID-like symptoms are asked to reschedule their appointments.

AFTER HOURS APPOINTMENTS​

After-hours appointments are subject to a non-refundable booking fee..
